Detailed Trade Lead Description

1.We take high quality 45# carbon steel as material and adopt new technologies during production. The rigidity of working face ≥HRA78℃－81℃, which help enhance the intensity of rollers.
2.The surface of rollers is chromeplated and further finishing of coarse and precise polishing or sanding before and after chromeplation will make its surface feel soft and lubricous not to tear fibers. Thus the yarns will be of higher quality.
3.Our products:
1) Common rollers are produced according to the GB Standard of FZ92019-92、FZ92023-95、FZ92017-92 and we can well guarantee the quality.
2) High-precision and less mechanical wave rollers are produced according to relative leading technologies of the same industry in Europe and the connection part are produced by Japanese LGMaZak-QT200/500U horizontal machines manufacturing center to well assure the precision. Emendation is unnecessary during installation. Any two grooves are joined together and tightened (tightening moment is 78N/m). The circularity of the countershaft line of the two working faces between two neighboring bearings can reach 0.02-0.05mm. Transposition and distortion will not happen even the roller runs for long time.
4.Roller groove is produced by computerized grinding teeth processing and thread rolling rings. The teeth shape and angle can be easily changed to guarantee the teeth angle and its shape parameter. By this way, the teeth surface is free of burr and can prevent tangling of yarns to reach best quality yarns.
5.New technologies and techniques as well as internationally advanced technologies are used in finishing the roller surface. The rate of non-abnormal-mechanical-wave is higher than 98% to maintain the best quality during drawing proceeds and can help the yarn levelness to reach the standards required by 2001 Uster 5%.
