This innovative performance is something that the company has successfully maintained for more than 130 years now, making Stoll one of the world's leading manufacturers of flat knitting machines and pattern preparation systems: Several hundred inventions and patents accompany the rise of the company, still run by the Stoll family, having today approximately 1,000 employees worldwide: From the jacquard selection device to the first computer-controlled flat knitting machine and the world's first professional pattern preparation system right through to the CMS machine generation, which besides fashion knitwear also enables the production of technical textiles. |
