| Our company mainly produces three series of spindles: D1200, D3200, D1300.
Using area: D12, D32 spindles are used for spinning machine and twisting machine to spin the cotton, chemical fiber, pure or blended yarn. D12 spindle is used for the pure or blended yarn of worsted wool or wool chemical fiber fine yarn.
Structure character:
Simple structure, reliability, good performance, adapted to high-speed use, stable running, wide application, durability, and reasonable price.
The long shake-absorbing circle spring made of qualified steel can exercise better the effects of the multilayer oil film damp, and efficiently restrain the shake of spindle.
Spindles of series D12 and D13 belong to separating elastic spindle insert, which can better maintain the core of the spindle.
Spindle of series D32 is using the structure of jointing elastic metal tube, with fixed upper supporting point and a lower supporting point, which can mitigate the concussion and adjust automatically the center.
