| 1. SEQUIN DEVICE
It's operate by stepping motor.
Our product is built in the controller and driver at the sequin device. We are the first
manufacturer in the world who made of sequin device with controller and driver built in .
So, it's quite easy and simple operation to compare with others.
It's possible to attach it to any brands' embroidery machine except barudan round shape. We only need to know the head interval of the machine for the harness. All the harness work is also easy so that every lines are made of different connector shape. So, it just plugs in with the same shape of connector only. It's also very easy to see the sequin works during the operation or setting so that it's supposed to be attached at the left side of needle base. You can use normal spangle
(sequin) - 100% polyester 150 micron film. The standard sequin size is 5mm.
No matter about the shapes of sequin. Additionally, you can have 4mm, 6mm, 7mm as extra option. To change the size of sequin, you only need to change the knife base, sequin feeding roller. and the indicator of the stepping motor. To change the size of sequin, you can have the extra part at US$100.00 per unit only. Changing the extra part, it needed 5minutes per unit.
It's only need a power supply (24V) additionally to make the sequin work separately to avoid causing problem with main CPU of the machine. One power supply (24V, 15A) can cover 20units of sequin devices.
INTRODUCTION
. FUNCTION
(1) PRECISE SEQUIN FEEDING CONTROL
TO secure quieter and finer sequin embroidery, use specially developed 1set of stepping
(pulse) motor per head for it.
(2) ADJUSTABLE THE SEQUIN MOVEMENT FOR HORIZONTALWISE AND VERTICALWISE TO
OPTIMIZE THE SEQUIN QUALITY PRECISELY.
(3) PULL IN/PULL OUT THE SEQUIN DEVICE SYSTEM
TO avoid any trouble for the embroidery work before/after used the sequin device system,
we use 1 set of air cylinder per head for it.
(4) FIX IT ON THE SIDE OF THE NEEDLE BASE OF THE EMBROIDERY MACHINE
To make it easy to see/setting the sequin processing and sequin during the sequin work,
fit it on the side of the needle base.
(5) COMPACT & SIMPLEST CONTROL SYSTEM
To make it simple and easy controlls, we specially developed the motor driver and
controller in one board and attached it beside of the tension base per head individually.
(6) IT SUIT WITH ALL KINDS OF FABRICS INCLUDING NET, MASH AND LEATHERS.
(7) IT SUIT TO ANY EMBROIDERY MACHINE (i.e., TAJIMA, ZSK, HAPPY, SWF, or CHINESE)

IV. INSTALLATION
- Installation time of the sequin device
Power supply : 1 hour approx.
Sequin unit : 30 minutes per unit
I.e.. : 20units x 30min. + 1hour = 11hours including harness work.
- Command signal of the sequin device
There are 5 types of command signal from controller itself.
1) Feeding command signal
2) Not feeding command signal
3) Sequin selecting signal for left or right side sequin device
* In case of two sequin devices at the one head (left and right
side to have different shape or sizes at one design).
4) Toggle command signal
* In case of one of thread cutting happened during the sequin works, you can use the
toggle command signal as same as embroidery machine does. If you give the toggle
command signal, the head which is thread cutting happened is only work till
auto-mend. Others are stopped till finish the auto-mend. After that, all the sequin
