Description:
The whole set is combined with one opener, one fiber box and one or two mini pillow fillers. According to the customers produce capacity needed the filler quantity assemblage can be choice.
Each mini filler can be handled by one operator that adjusted by foot switch. It sucks the opened material from the box directly and blows into the pillow cases automatically. One pillow filler can produce about 80kg per hour according to different material using.
Put about 10kgs material on to the automatic fiber feeding belt, it will be sent into the rollers automatically. It guarantees the operators safe and safe time.
According to the different quantity between the opener and filler there is one photo switch assembled in the fiber box so that the whole set can be adjusted running unhindered.
