PET/PET composite thermofusible staple (4080 fiber) is a kind of hi-tech composite fiber, which manufactured by a special spinning process called concentric- composite. It fused two kind of polymer with different melting point within a filament, its sheath is the high viscosity and low melting point PET chip, its core is the high viscosity and high melting point PET chip. To intermix with Other fiber, the fiber can be produced washed cotton, none glue cotton, hard cotton. It can be also produced high grade non-woven fabric by oneself. The products possess excellent performance such as high tenacity , outstanding adhesive capacity and lasting elastic recovery percentage
DCF low melting point modified composite staple can replace ES composite fiber.It is manufactured by a special spinning process called concentric -composite. It fused two kind of polymer with different melting point and different performance within a filament. its sheath is the modified PE chip, its core is the normal PET chip. The product possesses excellent performance such as waxy feeling handle, outstanding adhesive capacity, excellent elastic recovery percentage, and according with public health standard. DCF fiber improves the polyester fiber, it can be produced washed cotton, none glue thermal cotton. It can be also produced hot-air non-woven fabric |
