| I. Product Specification: Hard tooth flank gear reducer mainly includes parallel axes series and vertical axes series. Parallel axes reducer is produced according to national standard GB19004-88 and is bettered for design and reached the advanced technology of 1980 in the world. It mainly includes ZDY (single grade), ZLY (double grades), ZSY (triple grades) and ZFY (four grades). Vertical axes reducers are produced according to national standard JB/T9002-1999 and are applied in the transmission device in which the input axis is vertical to the output axis. It mainly includes DBY, DCY and DFY series.
II. Performance Features:(1) Center distance and nominal transmission ratio have been optimized. The main parts and components have good interchangeability. (2) All gears is made up of high grade alloy and completed through cementite and quenching. The rigidity on the tooth surface is HRC54-62. (3) It is compact, light in weight, high accuracy, large loading capability, high efficiency, long life and stable reliability, smooth transmission and less noise. (4). It is usually lubricated by oil pool and naturally cooled. When the heating power is not efficient, recycling oil lubrication, fan or cooling coil is used for cooling.
III. Application: (1). Input rotation speed usually n11500r/min. (2). Gear transmission circumferential velocity is no more than 20m/second. (3). Working environment: -40~50. If it is below 0, the lubrication oil should be preheat to over 0 before starting. This reducer can run in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. (4). It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, construction material, weight lifting, transportation, weaving, paper making, instruments, plastic, rubber, engineering machinery, and energy, etc.
