Zhejiang
Major producers lifted some tight-supply varieties up slightly. Based on favorable sales, some plants lifted offers up further in the afternoon while some suspended offering. Trading volume enlarged apparently. Downstream plants may start another stocking-up period. A few plants offers sales promotion and enjoyed good feedback.

Jiangsu
Jiangsu prices gained 100-300yuan/mt with good sales. One Shengze spinner lifted FDY, some POY and DTY up 100, 100 and 200-300yuan/mt. Some plants who carried out maintenance plans showed interest of resuming production ahead of scheduled time.

PFY sales ratio in Zhejiang and Jiangsu was at 100-150% with higher ones at 200%.

Fujian
PFY offers in Fujian generally kept stable. The mainstream prices of POY, FDY and DTY150D remained at 13300, 13500-13800 and 15100-15200yuan/mt. Some plants reported rebounding sales ratio but not significant. Downstream plants still presented cautious with inventory in plants around 7-10 days. PFY prices may keep shivering in the short term and another sales spree is possible.

Downstream Operation
O/R in Shengze region was at 80% while run rates in Xiaoshan/Shaoxing region stable at 30% and Fujian region kept at 30-40%.
