PTA
PTA market is largely stable this morning. The offers for Taiwan origin goods move close to $1200-1205/mt, while the bids are at $1185-1190/mt. The deals are discussed higher at $1195/mt. Korea origin goods are traded at $1180/mt. The traders actively enquire, while the polyester producers keep wait-and-see stance. But the sellers are reluctant to offer due to limited spot availability. In China domestic market, the offers are around 9600yuan/mt and the bids are at 9500yuan/mt. The transactions are temporarily done at 9550/mt.
MEG
In import MEG market, enquires remain favorable and prices continue to move up. Few sellers offer while some traders bid at $1080/mt. Transaction prices edge up to $1075-1080/mt.
