A migrate worker from Chongqing city working in a Zhejiang shoemaking producer pleased and said my salary rose 15% this month to 3045 yuan. In recent years 50 shoemakers in Xianjiang Industrial Zone signed a regulation on adjusting the minimum-wage according to the situation in the industry. 
 
Xianjiang Industrial Zone is a national footwear production base, to prevent the losses of migrate workers, these 50 shoemakers in the zone established a minimum-wage guarantee system, wages in the zone are 25% higher than that in Zhejiang province, 10% increase this year on minimum wage.

The minimum-wage guarantee system plays an important role on maintaining of 40,000 workforces staying in the shoemaking industry, by the end of October the shoe production value rose 18.3% to 1.38 billion yuan from previous year. Guarantee the wages to the migrate workers makes ease on their working, the owner of shoemaker said.
