warping - need to be able to do 42 inch beams; possibly draw warpers; in-house extrusion would be beneficial; knitting machines - 20, 28, 32, 36 guage tricot machines; other optional machines - raschel, malimo; machine width - 168 inches or wider
Dyeing & Finishing; jet dyeing, beam dyeing; wide napping to process 120 inch fabric; need to be able to do brushed and unbroken loop fabric; sueding/sanding equipment; wide stenter 180-220 inches to do 2 and 3X fabrics; inspection equipment |
