We are looking for a fire proof non-woven fabric which is normally used for wall paper.
The simple specification is as bellows.
- Grammage: 200 gsm
- Thickness : 0.35~0.45mm
- Width : 1160 mm
- Length : flexible
This product has to have strong fire proof characteristics. In order to achieve this characteristic, normally two kind of manufacturing process is being used.
One is the coating process and the other is impregnating process. If we can get the perfect fire proof, the process is not important!
In case of coating process, top and bottom side should be coated with any inorganic materials for fire proof. The both coated weight is 100 gsm(Top layer is 50 gsm, Bottom layer is 50 gsm). The center part of this product should be made of non-woven fabric(100 gsm). Approximately, the ratio of Rayon and PET is 50:50. As you may guess, the total grammage of fire proof non-woven product is 200 gsm(100 gsm fabric + 100 gsm coated layer)
If you cannot use this kind of coating process, another impregnating process is also good. In this case, any fire retardant materials should be penetrated to the fabrics. The final grammage of product should be also 200 gsm.
